Emile Ward, Master Facilitator
Emile is a “Master Facilitator”. He is skilled at bringing compassion and authority to a room. With over 35 years of dedication to working with and helping his aboriginal brothers and sisters and their communities, along with experience gained as an instructor at the renowned Nechi Institute, his verbal and non-verbal expression exude confidence, energy and compassion. Emile has mastered the use of multiple techniques for engaging a group, problem solving, decision-making, promoting creativity and raising energy.
As a recovered alcoholic with over 39 years of sobriety, Emile’s highly refined sense of self-awareness allows him to conveying a high level of warmth and caring. He consciously makes adjustments to his style to better serve each particular group.
Emile begins each workshop session by creating a productive and safe environment in which participants from diverse backgrounds are able to interact while staying focused on achieving previously agreed upon goals.
All of Emile’s workshops are meticulously prepared to address each client’s specific requirements. His well-developed active listening skills enable him to recognize when a planned process is not working effectively. In such cases, his highly-tuned analytic skills ensure he is able to define alternative processes quickly to reach the desired outcome.
